What Is the Martinat French-American Learning Hub?
The Martinat French-American Learning Hub is a joyful bilingual French–English learning center based in Celebration, Florida (800 Celebration Ave, FL 34747).
It is not a full-time school. During the week and school vacations, children attend sessions at our creative learning space in Celebration. On weekends, our bilingual programs travel to partner hotels across the Orlando area.
At the Learning Hub, children don’t “sit in class.”
They explore. They build. They create. They play. They discover.
All while naturally developing both French and English in a warm, playful, and inspiring environment.
Who Is Learning Hub For?
The Learning Hub is for children ages 3 to 12. Children are grouped by age, so each child participates in activities designed for their developmental stage.
It is for:
Children who already speak French.
Children who already speak English.
Children who speak both.
Children who are discovering a new language for the first time!

What Children Do at the Learning Hub
Children learn through doing.

They explore:
- Reading and early literacy
- Math through games and manipulation
- S.T.E.A.M
- Art, Creation & Culture
- Emotions, confidence, and social skills
- Life skills and everyday challenges
- Movement, music
- Expression & Drama
Activities are hands-on, playful, and often project-based.
Children move, touch, build, test, imagine, and create. Learning feels natural and fun!
Your child may join one specific theme per week OR Enroll in a multi-session plan (2 to 5 sessions per week) for a complete learning journey. Each day of the week focuses on a different theme, (see PDF below):
This allows families to build a schedule that fits their child’s interests and their family life.
What a Typical Session Looks Like:
Every session follows a clear, predictable rhythm that helps children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn. Children experience a balance between calm moments, hands-on exploration, movement, language immersion, and connection. Each session includes time in French and time in English, always with two teachers present, and always in small groups.
Rather than long explanations, learning happens through doing: manipulating materials, experimenting, creating, talking, and playing. The structure remains stable, while the activities and themes change. This predictable flow supports emotional security, autonomy, and deep engagement.
How Bilingual Immersion Works
Two teachers are always present:
One French-speaking teacher.
One English-speaking teacher.
One English-speaking teacher.
Languages are not mixed. Each teacher stays in their own native language.
Children are gently immersed through games, projects, stories, and conversation.
No pressure. No forced speaking. Understanding comes first. Speaking grows naturally.
Small Groups, Big Attention
Our space is licensed for up to 25 children. However, we deliberately choose to welcome a maximum of 20 children at a time. Children are organized into two groups of 10, each guided by one dedicated adult. This is a conscious choice.
We want children to feel comfortable.
We want everyone to have space.
We want every child to participate.
We want no one to feel overwhelmed.

We want no one to feel overwhelmed.
Small groups allow teachers to:
✔️Get to know each child well
✔️Adapt to different learning styles
✔️Respect each child’s pace
✔️Offer individual support
✔️Create a calm, safe, and caring atmosphere

Children feel seen. Children feel heard. Children feel valued.
A Creative Learning Studio, Not a Classroom
The Learning Hub does not feel like a traditional classroom. It feels like a creative studio. There are learning zones, materials to explore, and spaces to create. Children are not sitting at desks all afternoon.
They move.
They collaborate.
They choose.
They build.

A Final Word for Parents
If you are looking for a place where your child feels happy, safe, curious, and encourage. If you want bilingual exposure without pressure. If you believe learning should be joyful...

You are in the right place.
Here’s something important: research shows that early exposure to two languages supports brain development, strengthens problem-solving and communication skills, and builds lifelong confidence. Young bilingual learners often show advantages in attention control, memory, and flexible thinking: benefits that go far beyond language alone.
At the Martinat French-American Learning Hub, we create experiences that let these benefits unfold naturally, through play, exploration, and hands-on discovery.
Welcome to the Martinat French-American Learning Hub!
