Active, bilingual, and safe learning approaches
Safe enough to explore. Bold enough to grow.
Bilangual by nature.
Inclusion & differentiation
Every child learns at their own pace. Activities, instructions, and materials are adapted to age, language level, and individual learning profiles.

We support neurodiversity through visual routines, sensory breaks, flexible participation, and simple bilingual supports (French–English colour coding, gestures, key words). Learning is hands-on, progressive, and never performance-driven.

Founder Marie Martinat has academic training in inclusion and neurodiversity, is herself ADHD, and has completed specialized training with Planète TSA. This commitment guides our pedagogy and our expectation that all educators receive ongoing training in inclusive, child-centered practices.

Parents receive brief feedback after sessions to support continuity and understanding.
Supervision & qualifications
Children are supervised by experienced, native French- and English-speaking educators familiar with play-based learning. Team members are carefully selected, background-checked as required, and supported through ongoing training. Group sizes and supervision are adapted to children’s ages and activities to ensure a safe, calm, and attentive environment.
Safety protocols

Each session follows clear safety routines. Spaces and materials are checked before arrival, and first-aid supplies are always accessible. Hygiene is part of daily practice, with regular handwashing and disinfection of shared materials each day.

Health information (allergies, medical needs) is collected in advance and followed strictly; medication is administered only when formally authorized and documented. Arrivals and pick-ups are supervised with controlled access and authorized adults only. Emergency procedures, including evacuation, are clearly defined and explained to children using age-appropriate visuals.

Insurance & compliance
The Learning Hub is covered by professional liability insurance appropriate for educational activities involving minors. Our operations comply with current Florida regulations, our partner venues’ requirements, and our internal safety policies.

Insurance certificates and compliance documentation can be provided to families and partners upon request.
Safety FAQs

What are the supervision ratios?
Regulations allow up to 1 adult for 13 children. However, we voluntarily choose a smaller ratio of 1 adult for 10 children maximum to ensure safety, attention, and quality interactions. Additional staff may be present depending on age, activity, or group needs.

What if my child has an allergy or medical condition?
All allergies and medical needs must be declared on the health form. A written protocol is reviewed and validated before participation.

Who is allowed to pick up my child?
Children are released only to authorized adults listed on the registration form. Identification may be requested.

Are photos or videos taken?
Photos and videos are taken only with prior written parental consent, with options to refuse or request face blurring.

What happens in case of a minor incident?
Basic first aid is provided on site. Parents are informed, and an incident report is completed if necessary.

What about emergencies?
Our emergency and evacuation procedures are activated immediately. Emergency services are contacted when required, and families are informed without delay.
