These Terms & Conditions govern the access to and use of the website of Martinat French-American School, LLC, doing business as Martinat French-American Learning Hub (“the Learning Hub”), as well as the registration and participation in any program, workshop, class, mini-camp, or activity offered by the Learning Hub.
By accessing the website, completing a registration, submitting payment, or allowing a child to participate in any program, families acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the website or register for services.

The Learning Hub is an educational enrichment center. It is not a licensed school, not a daycare, not a childcare facility, and not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic provider.
Publishing Director: The Hub’s management team.
Hosting: Website hosted by a third-party provider located in the United States.
Liability: We make every effort to provide accurate information. Content may be updated or modified at any time. Use of this website implies acceptance of these notices and policies.
2. Nature of Services
The Learning Hub provides bilingual French–English enrichment experiences, including but not limited to:
- After-school programs
- Workshops
- Weekend programs
- Vacation mini-camps
Programs focus on language exposure, hands-on learning, creativity, social-emotional development, and well-being. The Learning Hub does not guarantee specific academic outcomes, grade-level advancement, or measurable performance results. Participation is for enrichment purposes only.
3. Eligibility
Programs are open to children ages 3 to 12. Placement in age groups is determined by the Learning Hub based on age, development, group dynamics, and available capacity.
The Learning Hub reserves the right to:
- Refuse enrollment
- Place a child in a different group
- Discontinue enrollment
If a program is not an appropriate fit for the child’s needs or if group safety cannot be reasonably maintained.
4. Registration Process
All registrations must be completed in advance. Registration is considered complete only when:
- All required forms are submitted
- All required agreements are signed
- Payment is received in full
Verbal reservations or email inquiries do not guarantee a spot.

5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of registration.
We offer registration options including:
- Per single session
- Monthly packages
- Trimester packages
- Annual packages
- Mini-camp week enrollment
Accepted payment methods are communicated on the website. Failure to pay may result in cancellation of registration.
6. Non-Refundable & No-Credit Policy
All payments are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Missed sessions
- Absences
- Illness
- Family vacations
- Early pickup
- Schedule conflicts
- Child refusal to participate
- Weather or traffic issues
Cancellations & no shows: all payments are non-refundable.
In exceptional circumstances only (such as documented medical reason or death in the immediate family), a credit may be issued at the discretion of the Learning Hub. No cash refunds will be provided. Credits may be used towards future programs and are subject to an expiration date.
This policy exists to allow:
- Stable staffing
- Advance preparation of materials
- Guaranteed small group ratios
7. Cancellations by the Learning Hub
The Learning Hub may cancel or modify sessions due to:
- Low enrollment
- Staff illness or emergency
- Facility issues
- Weather conditions
- Government orders
- Events beyond our control
When possible, families may be offered:
- A rescheduled session
- A credit toward a future session
No cash refunds are guaranteed.
8. Attendance Expectations
Regular attendance is strongly encouraged. Excessive absences or chronic lateness may affect continued enrollment. Families are expected to notify the Learning Hub if a child will be absent.
9. Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures
Children must be dropped off and picked up by an adult listed on the authorized pickup form. Photo identification may be required. Children will not be released to unauthorized individuals. Children may not leave independently unless written authorization is provided and approved.
10. Late Pick-Up Policy
Families are expected to arrive by the scheduled pick-up time. Pickups after the scheduled end time will incur a late fee of $15 per hour increment. Late fees are billed to the payment method on file. Repeated lateness may result in suspension or termination of enrollment. By registering, families acknowledge and accept this policy.
11. Health Requirements
Children must be healthy to attend. Children must not attend if they have:
- Fever (100.4°F / 38°C or higher)
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Contagious illness
- Severe cold or flu symptoms
If a child becomes ill during a session, families will be contacted for immediate pickup.
12. Medication
The Learning Hub does not routinely administer medication. In exceptional circumstances only, medication may be administered if all of the following conditions are met: a physician’s authorization is provided in advance, a completed and signed medical authorization form is on file, and written approval is granted by the Director. Families must discuss any medication needs prior to enrollment.
13. Allergies & Medical Conditions
Families must disclose all allergies, medical conditions, and special needs at registration. While we take reasonable precautions, the Learning Hub cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Families assume responsibility for communicating critical medical information.
14. Inclusion & Special Needs
The Learning Hub values inclusion and strives to provide reasonable accommodations. However, we do not provide:
- One-on-one therapeutic services
- Behavioral therapy
- Medical support
If a child’s needs exceed what can be safely supported in a group environment, the Learning Hub may recommend alternative placement.
15. Behavior Policy
The Learning Hub uses positive, respectful, developmentally appropriate guidance. We do not use physical punishment, humiliation, or shaming.
If a child exhibits persistent behavior that:
- Endangers themselves or others
- Disrupts the group significantly
- Does not improve with support
Enrollment may be suspended or terminated. No refunds will be issued.
16. Personal Belongings
Children should not bring phones, tablets, gaming devices, or valuable toys. In exceptional cases, a small comfort object may be authorized in advance if a child requires emotional support. Families acknowledge that any personal item brought to the Learning Hub is done at their own risk. The Learning Hub is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
17. Clothing
Children should wear comfortable, play-appropriate clothing. Families acknowledge that some activities may involve paint, glue, or other materials that could soil clothing.
18. Photography & Media
Families may grant or decline permission for photos and videos. Images may be used for:
- Internal documentation
- Website
- Social media
- Communication materials
Families may also choose to authorize the use of images in which their child appears with their face blurred. Families may modify or revoke their consent in writing at any time.
19. Liability Waiver
Participation involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, movement, physical play, art materials, and group activities. Families release Martinat French-American School, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors from liability for ordinary accidents or injuries, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
20. Emergency Medical Authorization
Families authorize the Learning Hub to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary. All medical expenses are the responsibility of the family.

The Learning Hub may modify:

- Themes
- Staff assignments
- Program content
Such changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
22. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is collected solely for program operation. Data is not sold or shared with third parties. Families may request access or correction of their data.

27. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
By registering and submitting payment, families agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with their credit card provider or bank without first contacting the Learning Hub to attempt to resolve the matter directly.Any chargeback initiated in violation of these Terms & Conditions may result in immediate termination of enrollment and responsibility for all associated fees, including administrative and dispute processing costs.

Martinat French-American Learning Hub is an educational enrichment center providing bilingual learning experiences, workshops, and programs for children. The Learning Hub is not a licensed school, not a daycare or childcare facility, and does not replace formal schooling.
